Finding support can be hard. Our goal is to help survivors be in control of their own healing and to help survivors and their families to find the emotional, psychological, medical or legal support they are looking for.

As a first step, if you haven’t already, we recommend you connect with one of our partner settlement agencies or programs:

When survivors of torture contact us, we try our best to find resources that fit. We can help you find a lawyer or a counselor or connect you with someone who has some understanding of what you’re going through.

You may contact us directly, and we will help you to find the support that you need.
